Local Chat Forwarder

This script listens to all local chat within the bot's radius and forwards each message as an IM to one or more target avatars. Messages are not forwarded if a target is within 20m listening range or if they are offline. This makes it useful for relaying conversations from one sim to another account, or for notifying remote moderators when no moderator is physically present.
